Synopsis

I wrote these verses
In a special way
Talking a little about history
Sobral Politics
In Prado and Barreto time
In your general command
Located northwest of
our Ceará
Throughout its history,
always attracted attention
Being among the most important
Cities in the region
Sobral had a dictatorship
But also opposition
There was an economic crisis
And industrialization
The mayor came and went
And a lot of conciliation.
Visiting a good city is a good thing for us to go
Bela Sobral, if I could I would be living there
May UVA continue to illuminate this place.
great Edvanir Maia lives in that city
Teacher and writer, God give you happiness
continue contributing to society as a whole

Francisco Soares da Silveira – Poet.
